Ostara: Time to Nurture Empowerment and Self-Esteem

12:57 PM

The Wheel of the Year has turned once again. With the Spring Equinox and Ostara earlier this week, we entered what spiritual psychotherapist Tiffani Lazic describes as “Cycle 3.” The first cycle, at Yule, was a time for roots and foundations. At Imbolc, we received gifts from our inner child. Now, at Ostara, we nurture Empowerment and Self-Esteem.

After descending into the Underworld during the dark winter, we now emerge into the light and follow in the footsteps of ancient tales of regeneration, resurrection, and renewal. The third chakra, located in your solar plexus, is your seat of personal power. It is your sun. Imagine it glowing brighter, filling you with self-esteem.
